Dear Customer,

Best Murano Glass, selects for its customers the best products of the Venetian glass art, unique and guaranteed original, chosen in the most ancient glass factories and created by the most famous glass masters of Murano. In order to provide its services in the most efficient way possible Best Murano Glass needs to ask the customer for some information.

The personal data that the customer will communicate by browsing this website (hereinafter "Site") will be treated with correctness and transparency for lawful purposes and protecting his privacy and his rights in compliance with the community legislation on the protection of personal data ( EU Reg. 2016/679).

This document does not include the treatments carried out on other websites that may be consulted by the user through links on the Site.

The treatments will be carried out with the following purposes and methods:

1. Data Controller.

Object of the Treatment.

2. Purpose of the treatment.

The purposes of the processing pursued in general by the Data Controller can be summarized as follows:

c) subject to the specific and distinct consent of the Customer to remain informed of the activities carried out by the Site Owner by subscribing to the newsletter.

3. Categories of personal data processed.

The data processed will be those, described in point 1, strictly necessary for the requested and / or authorized purposes.

4. Recipients or any categories of recipients of personal data.

Your data will be made accessible to:

  • employees of the owner;

  • - Accounting firm of the Data Controller (billing data: name, surname, address and VAT number);

5. Transfer of data.

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the EU by the Data Controller and / or third-party companies in charge and no transfer of the same will be made outside the territory of the European Union.

 

6. Retention period.

The Data Controller will retain the personal data provided for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and in particular:

- the name, surname and e-mail entered in the forms in the "contacts" area, will be used only to follow up on any messages sent by the Customer and will be deleted once the correspondence has been completed;

- subject to the Customer's specific and distinct consent to receive our informative newsletter, only the email address will be kept for a maximum period of 24 months to allow us to keep the Customer updated on our new initiatives;

- the data communicated during the purchase of the products (name, surname, address, social security number, telephone, mobile phone, credit card number) will be stored with the following timing:

a) the telephone number and mobile phone number will be kept until the delivery of the purchased products to allow the carrier to agree with the customer delivery times and methods;

b) the tax data (name, surname, address and tax code) will be kept for 5 years as required by law;

c) the data relating to the payment (name, surname, credit card number), will be kept for 12 months to allow us to trace the payment in case of disputes.

7. Rights of the interested party.

As an interested party, pursuant to art. 12-22 of the Regulations, the following rights are recognized:

a) the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data and, if existing, the correction or cancellation of the same, the limitation of processing or to exercise their right to object to the processing, in addition to the right to the portability of own data;

b) the right to revoke the consent given for the purposes referred to in point 3c) at any time, without however prejudicing the lawfulness of the previous processing;

c) right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).

To exercise the rights listed, simply send an email to the Data Controller at the address referred to in point 1 or other equivalent communication.

8. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusing to respond.

The communication of data (name, surname, address, tax code, email address, telephone and / or mobile phone, payment data) for the purposes indicated above is necessary and mandatory. In their absence, in fact, we will not be able to provide the Customer with the services described in art. 3). The consent given to the holding of the e-mail address for the period of 24 months for sending the periodic newsletter is optional. The Customer can therefore decide not to give this consent or to revoke the consent given, in the manner referred to in point 8, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
